What About Your Friends?

Who is your “best friend?” Think about the person you truly feel most comfortable and uninhibited around, the one whom you walk away from feeling joyful, content, and spiritually nourished. The one who doesn’t criticize you, but guides you; the one whom you can be a total goofball with; the one with whom you can talk for hours.

Reach out to the friend whose company you enjoy the most, and commit to meet sometime in the next week. Do they live too far away? Then perhaps you can enjoy a lengthy video call, or commit to doing an activity “together” like watching a movie or reading the same book. However you can spend time with this person, do it.
